Super Edition Features

The following features are found only on SE's:

• Midnight Blue paint (code 8E4) or two-tone gold/white paint
• Recaro 'Milano' seats and matching door cards
• Momo steering wheel
• Momo gearknob
• Gold trim including
  - gold stripes down the sides, along front and rear bumpers and across the rear of the spoiler
  - gold painted T-top release levers
• Gold "SUPER EDITION" decals on the doors
• Gold "SUPER EDITION" decal on visor above the rear window
• Gold "SUPERCHARGER" and "TOYOTA MR2" decals on the boot lid
• Gold "Limited" decal in the rear window (on some)

The following features were found on the later G-Limited Superchargers, and therefore also on Super Edition's:

• Colour coded, electrically adjustable, electrically retractable wing mirrors
• Silvered T-bar panels
• Climate Control with Air Conditioning

Mechanically, the SE was identical to the G-Limited Supercharger:

• 4A-GZE engine - 4 cylinder, 1587cc Twin-Cam 16V
• Toyota SC-12 1200cc Roots type intercooled supercharger
• Toyota E51 5-speed manual gearbox (Limited Slip Differential on some)

This engine with stock configuration has:

• 145bhp
• 140ft/lbs Torque
• 8psi boost pressure
